anywho I forgot Suikoden IV.... if I had to be a fanboy Bluefire, I'd have to say i'm a Suikoden fanboy.
I've beaten all 3 Suikodens in less then 2 days. Because... the game is so addicting!

Re: Your Top 10 games at E3 2004
Spike, mah man!
10) Doom3 - Hooo-boy... the big bad FPS from ages ago is back and looking better than ever. If I got an XBox, I'd definately pick this one up (if not just to rent).
9) Darkstalkers - PSP brought back high-quality 2D fighters! And one of my favorites too... oooh hell yes.
8) Metroid Prime 2 - What a nifty game... I haven't played the first Metroid, so it'd probably be even more fun for me. If I were to get a 'Cube, I'd definately have to pick this one up.
7) Final Fantasy XII - The Final Fantasy series has produced consistantly high-quality games. Because none of the games are actually related (which is a pretty good thing, because I wouldn't be able to stand characters that survived 12 games), the stories are original and therefore very worthwile.
6) Resident Evil 4 - While #5 made me consider getting a 'Cube, this game removed any second-thoughts/
5) Legend of Zelda - I'm going to be buying a cube this week because of this game. That should be reason enough.
4) Fable - This game and #3 inspired me to finally get a Box. I've been tracking Fable ever since I've seen a trailer of it... it's an XBox RPG that will actually be good (and, no... KOTOR was not good enough).
3) Halo 2 - If Halo is the God of multiplayer (which it is), then there truly must be a force greater than God... and its name is Halo 2.
2) Metal Gear Solid 3 - I already own a PS2, and this looks like the best PS2 title coming from E3 (aside SIV). MGS and MSG2 were freakin' amazing.
1) Suikoden IV - Suikoden II got me hooked into the series, and Suikoden III is the reason why I bought a PS2.

Guess it was a list, just a disorganized one, because I didn't rate them or give a small description as to why i chose them :P
And yes, Suiko II was a masterpiece in storytelling. I enjoyed that game so much. However, Suiko III disappointed me..

Suiko III was disappointing only because thats how it is for games transitioning from 2d to 3d... the story of Suiko III however was compelling.

I played Suikoden III before the others, so I did not experience this major "disappointment" while playing it at first, but then I bought the previous two (1 is thanks to Rndm.. and 2, well, was thanks to my special trick, actually, that was Rndms idea.. so I owe him for owning the first two Suikoden games), and then I realized 3 was not up to par as the other 2. 3 was still great though, in my opinion.
4 looks kind of odd, I just hope they do it right.
