That was only because they were lazy and didn't optimize the code properly. Other then that the original Halo on PC is leaps above Halo on Xbox.

I totally forgot what this thread was about.....hmm....right Halo 2...not how crappy Halo 1 was.....man that games sucked huge excrament....i mean wow, it was fun and all...but there is only so much you can take....i will admit, running over people in jeeps is fun though...

So the game sucked, but it was fun and all, but there was only so much you could take, but you'll admit that it was fun though?

Ill say multiplayer wise, and hitting people with jeep wise, it was pretty fun....but other than ramming people with tonnes of metal it was bad...IMO....but Halo 2 better be way more spectacular than the first...

Halo was built for online multiplayer. Quite honesty, I dont anticipate spending a whole lotta time playing Halo 2's single player mode (not unlike SOCOM, SOCOM 2)...and that's a good thing, because it means that I wouldn't be able to drop the online multiplayer mode.

oh it was defently better then xbox halo.

but for most PC FPS'ers it was a lot more then that. part was cuz of the un optimized code which was absolutly horrible.
even more was that it was very very outdated in terms of gamplay. that style of play had been done way back. just with halo it had vehicles that it didnt long ago.
and when compared to other FPS games on pc, it was just very empty. one minded if you will, too much straight foward.

PC gamers will not be as excited for any halo on pc now.
