I downloaded it off of IGN, but for some reason I can't fast forward it or do anything except watch it all the way through.

Apparently there's a higher res (or quality? it's bigger anyway -526.6MB) copy you can get. Keep in mind it's just the press conference with no screen shots or direct feed trailers like the other download included. This is just the 48 (or so) minute press conference unedited.
