Agreed.

They are making games like they used too. The right way.

But, I know I'm going to be criticized for this, but I am also learning why nintendo isnt making any Online games. I have truely converted. I dont think Online is the way to go. I have had SO MANY bad experiances trying to get online games to work for me. Something always messes up, and it's so damn expensive.

Thanks nintendo. you're learning, and I'm learning.

Talking Re: The new Zelda

This is good stuff. Finally a game that has the potential to stand out in this generation like Halo and like mario and Zelda did in the last one.

BTW does anyone know where I can get the direct feed for the conference? I plan to dl Sony's, M$ and Nintendo's.

BTW you can't please some people at all, people are on the ign boards complaining about the realistic Zelda.

You're kidding me... God, sometimes I wonder if these people just live to complain about everything. Perpetual advocates of Satan.

Do you have a link to the thread?

Yeah, if you're an Insider you can get it. Otherwise, I'm looking elsewhere right now.

Cool Re: The new Zelda

Well I'm not sure if everyone has insider so I'll just post it here.

"Sorry for the negativity at such a gracious time for Nintendo and its fans, but I had to throw in my two cents. First and foremost congrats to all those here and everywhere else wanting a new "realistic" and "mature" Zelda. Nintendo hath answered ye prayers!

However, I'm a little dissapointed. Let me just say that the new Zelda does look breathtaking, to say in the least, but I still can't get over a few things. First off I loved Wind Waker more than any other Zelda out there. I loved the style and the new gaming elements it set for itself and the series. Now as I watch this new trailer of a brand new Zelda I'm wondering a few things.

Where is the sequel to WindWaker?
Why did they change the graphic style?
Why does the game look IDENTICAL to OoT, but more polished up?
Why do I see NOTHING new at all with the series (excluding horse fights)?

Seriously...I'm just not that excited. It's OoT all over again, but with a graphics overhaul as far as I'm concerned so far. I find it sad that Nintendo reverted back to a more "realistic" style. I mean...I would have been fine with it had it looked a little different than it's predecessor, OoT. But here we are...seemingly stuck in the same world, with the same type of Link, with the same conflict, and same type of gameplay, etc.

Sorry Nintendo, but this is one time where I feel you shouldn't have gone with the crowd, and stuck with the freshness of what you got now...

He's throwing a "nothing new" argument FAR too soon. We know absoluetely nothing about the game. How can he judge what's new or not?

For all we know, the horse fighting is just one of many new aspects in the game.

Some people are just idiots.
