I was trying to answer your questions, but I guess I'm just ignorant when it comes to specifics on computers. And also..I don't know why, but I could not press down the reset button on the router. Thank you for your help though.

i only had 1 real question it just bugged me cuz i asked it like 4 times. and it woulda determined if the router was even reachable by the pc. (which judging by your solution it wasnt)
