Default Star Fox 2

It's always fun to look at how the old shots compare to the new ones. This is how star fox looked at last years E3. Pretty much everyone that saw the shots, thought they looked like absolute crap. So in about 2 weeks, e3 will be here, we'll have something to compare em to, but for now, lets see how crappy these shots are.

the "newer" shots look a whole lot nicer, nevermind the resolution of the shots....wonder what the E3 04 ones will look like (or are these "new" ones actually the E3 04 shots?)

If this game will have LAN support then I might just buy it. As long as it gets good reviews.

I probably won't consider buying if I won't be able to take it on warppipe.

So if not he or she might just buy it, then not this game will have LAN support. That could be quite a while. I can certainly understand that. What will you do instead? Can you please rephrase that with fewer ideas, or different thoughts?

Yeah, even those 'kinda newer' shots look like absolute ****. After this many years since StarFox 64, I want something marvelous!

I hope Andross makes a reappearance. And Star Wolf and his Gang. And I've been dying to find out what happened to Fox MCloud's father! Is he still alive. Was that really him guding Fox through the end? The madness!!!

Question. Why is this called Star Fox 2? Wouldn't Star Fox 64 technically be Star Fox 2? Anyway, I like Starfox games, they are very enjoyable...Graphics don't look amazing, but I'm not concerned, graphics aren't too important.

Star Fox 2 is just a TBA name. And honestly, the graphics in Star Fox games havent always been the best. On the SNES it was a revolution to have a 3D game and Star Fox 64 wasn't that pretty, but it was a first gen '64 game.

But Nintendo/Namco will probably up the quality more on the game. After seeing how well people accepted SFA *sarcasm *, they dont want to piss off so many people again.

like on the SNES it was a revolution to have a 3D game and Star Fox 64 was not that pretty but it was a first gen '64 game.Umm.
Perhaps I'm just expressing my own concern about it.
Once more? What was it like before seeing how well people accepted SFA *sarcasm p* they do not want to piss off so many people ?

SF64 (or Lylat Wars in Europe) was a remake of the original. So basicly this is the sequel to both games, making it Star Fox 2.

Anyway, those shots don't look that bad... not as sweet as Rogue Squadron 3.

The multiplayer mode on Starfox 64 sucked. But the one player mode was amazing. I could care less about multiplayer.

Star Fox 2 may not be a WIP title. It's not known for certain, but it's possible that this may be the unreleased Star Fox 2 for the SNES remade. IGN asked if the ROM could maybe be included and playable in Star Fox (Armada at the time?), and then a few days later the official name changed to Star Fox 2. So who knows?

All I do know is that the Private (complete) beta build of Star Fox 2 I have on my computer rules. Hopefully they're actually going to release it (remade or just included as an extra).

If those are at 60 FPS locked, that's fine by me! I think the gameplay will make up for it, anyways.

I dont give a damn what this game looks like. I just want another Star Fox game NOT like SFA and LIKE Star Fox 64.

SF64 is one of my favorite titles of all time...It only took 3 days to beat it, but I continued to play it long afterwords. I remember the days that were filled with sweet arial dog fights and the sound of laser after laser being released from my jets cannons. I also remember the many months I anticipated its release, looking at the screen shots of it over and over again in my Nintendo Power magazines, just dreaming of the day I would have it.

I would give anything if gaming could be like that again, and hopefully this time, it will.

Yeah co-op would be sweet.
This and Tales of Symphonia are two games I'm really looking forward to.
