yea that Unreal 3 engine is some VERY very good looking stuff.

The rumor was that the darksector demo was running on an earlier version of the Unreal 3 engine. (obviously without the nv40 chip) dunno if that ever turned out to be true or not. But intersting because DE is part of the group that makes unreal.

it depends on how thier done really. the engine takes the longest to make. and many games share the same engine. After you got that basic graphics engine the game would prolly take about the average of new games today to develope.
