Well, I'd much rather have the Nucks face Detroit later on in the playoffs then face nashville. It would be a harder series but it would also be more entertaining. And if the canucks did play detroit later on and managed to win the series...that would be a much bigger accomplishment then beating the predators.
I'd also be able to rub it in on Null.

exactly. would be more interesting conversations then beating a team some have never heard of.
same for us. we got nothing to gloat over if we beat preds. we have to wait till a team comes along like vancouver or colorado to beat to get some bragging for this year.

Esche is a beast! Shut out in game four. Flyers won 3-0, and now the series is 3-1, Flyers. Woohoo..I'm not going to jinx it, but it would be crazy if the Flyers were to beat the Devils in the first round. Great performance by Esche though, and did anyone see that goal by Primeau? I'm very pleased with the Flyers right now.
