File sharing shouldn't be copyright infringement...

the only people that should be prosecuted are the people making money off of it, such as Re-Distributors/Resellers.

How does the file get on the file swapping program? Someone must've had the CD and ripped it into mp3.
So they did buy the CD. They are just sharing it with people they don't know. SHARING should be a god given right...
