Not too long ago, I saw the Count of Monte Cristo movie.
All I can say...
What a piece of ****. Read the book, don't watch the movie!

I love that book. That was the first book I ever read that made say, "That was a really good book" when I finished reading it.
Its also the only book I've gone out and replaced if I lost my copy. Awesome.

Yeah, I have an autographed copy of it, and the regular one that I actually read. She came up with companian book, Gathering Blue, but it isn't as good at all. But yeah, every time I've read it I've noticed different things!

Make that two books I've done this with. I checked out Ender's Game Friday afternoon from the library. Began reading it later that evening; didn't stop until I couldn't stay awake.
Woke up. Took a shower and continued reading until I finished it. Awesome book. Went out and bought it and the sequel, Speaker for the Dead, when I went to return it to the library.

Now you know why I love it so much. ^_^
I own the entire series...Ender's Game, Speaker for the Dead, Xenocide, and Children of the Mind.
I have also read the "parallel" series. Ender's Shadow, Shadow of the Hegemon, and Shadow Puppets. The fourth book in the Shadow series, "Shadow of the Giant" has yet to be released.
