I can't narrow it down to one movie, so I'll give a bunch of movies I like by director.
Stanley Kubrick: (A Clockwork Orange, Full Metal Jacket, Dr. Strangelove, The Shining, 2001: A Space Odyssey, etc (could go on)

The Coen Brothers: Rasing Arizona, Barton Fink, Fargo, The Big Lebowski, O Brother, Where Art Thou?, The Man Who Wasn't There

Wes Anderson: Bottle Rocket, Rushmore, The Royal Tenenbaums

Paul Thomas Anderson: Boogie Nights, Magnolia, Punch-Drunk Love

Darren Aronofsky: Pi, Requiem For a Dream

Hayao Miyazaki: Kiki's Delivery Service, Princess Mononoke, Spirited Away

Sam Raimi: The Evil Dead, Evil Dead II, Darkman, Army of Darkness, Spider-Man

Tim Burton
: Pee Wee's Big Adventure, Beetlejuice, Batman, Mars Attacks!

Others: South Park: Bigger, Longer, and Uncut, Gremlins 2, Predator, Mystery Science Theater 3000: The Movie, The Exorcist, Who Framed Roger Rabbit?, Amelie, City of God, Wet Hot American Summer.

Obviously not every movie I've ever liked, but that gives you a good idea...

Whoa, those are some cool movies. Pi seriously screwed with my head.

My Movies(Movies not mentioned yet):
Clerks
Half-Baked
A Beautiful Mind
Tons of Independent films I can't remember the titles of.
The 25th Hour
Fight Club
Memento

There are more I'm sure. Just can't think of any.

I found Euro Trip to be quite disappointing. It resorted to a more stupid humour (more so than Old School and Road Trip) and I found it actaully very unenjoyable.

Road Trip & Old School > Euro Trip
