I don't mean to slide this thread off topic, but for a long time now, it seems like whenever ANY country is in trouble, it alway's seems that the US must go and fix it. Why can't countries solve their own problems? Eventually the US will get into serious trouble itself and I doubt any country will come help us. But meh, my Leap day was good.

Who wants a triple chocolate ice cream cookie dribbling in hot chocolate sauce?

Number 1: I was on topic. All day long the big story in my home was the ouster of a president in the land where my parents come from.

As for why countries can't solve their own probs? Well, mister, you may not know this, but this government plays a large role in the politics of the weaker nations in this hemisphere. A very large role that makes nations dependent on the US so that US interests can profit and suck the blood of the resources of other nations. They make others dependent on them and make them think they're doing favors for them. But when they really need help, they're nowhere to be found. If countries were allowed to be self-sufficient, then you might have a point.

My day was spent in Jefferson City, MO meeting the bishop and in the car getting to and from Jeff City... it was good times, but I didn't feel well.

But still, so much attention... its great!
