I like Batman as much as the net guy, but some of this points are a tad off/biase.
1)Batman isn't a genius, he's a detective. He uses his knowledge to analyze the situation and come across the best course of action. He isn't super smart, he just takes his time to research.
2)Batman wouldn't actually let them fall, he would threaten them, but he wouldn't let them fall. Even though he is in a quest for vengeance, he does share one rule with superma and that is no intentional killings. I mean think about it Joker has murdered millions including thesecond Robin and crippled Batgirl, but Batman has never killed him, when he could have easily done it on numerous occassions.
3) Superman can fly, Batman can't. Superman can run faster than a speeding bullet, Batman can't. It's illogical for Superman to need all those fancy gadgets. Even though he has been known to come up with some things from a time or two. The Batmobile is a sweet ride, but is needed cause Batman has no faster means of transportion.
4)Superman doesn't have a Batcave, but he does have the Fortress of Solitude, which for all intents and purposes serve the same person, makes them get away from the world.
