Haha, there was no definitive "best" title for the SNES. There was a crapload that would have deserved it.

And what's SMW3? I assume you mean 2. :P

Anyways, my picks are Chrono Trigger, Final Fantasy VI, and Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. Man, all kickass. Then there were non-RPG's. Megaman, LTTP, SMW, SMW2.. god.. too many.

my mistake, i was thinking about SM3 and i wanted to write SMW....besides, the second one was complete crap

and i forgot, honorable mention goes to the megaman X series

The SNES was one of the best systems ever. But if forced to pick one game, Chrono Trigger wins hands down.
