Re: Test Your Digital IQ
I got a 137. Stupid PDA and cell phone questions. So just because I don't have a cell phone or PDA, I'm not tech savy? Sorry I don't have that kind of cash to throw around. Well, 137 is still pretty good considering I had to answer no to all those PDA/cell phone ones.

Re: Test Your Digital IQ
I scored 141.
It's a really bad test, not only was it biased toward Microsoft and their products, but the questions were downright stupid. The fact that people don't own a PDA, use a cellphone for the internet or use wireless internet get a low score, which is simply moronic. Also, I don't use a firewall or a virus scanner because in the 10+ years I've used computers I've never had a virus or a need for a firewall, this lowers my score.

Where did he say that?
And what do you do Alex instead of using a firewall, I'm curious.

Re: Test Your Digital IQ
I don't use anything.
Some might call it stupid, but its worked fine for me so far. I've never been hacked or had any type of unwanted intrusion, so I never saw the need to go through the potential annoyance of setting up a firewall. Rest assured, if something bad was ever to happen, my outlook would probably change. Until then, I'm open for business!

*cracks knuckles* Get ready for a Merry Christmas, then, Alex.
Naw, just kidding. And I see you're from Hamilton. I used to live there. Well, Oakville. Right beside.

It's still good to run a simple firewall to guard against those crackers.
