I really liked this movie. Its probably one of the most original movies I've seen in a LONG time.

Its about a Teenage outcast who has some mental problems, or what is perceived as mental problems bordering on schizophrenia. Severeal things that happen in the movie put this in doubt but bring other possibilities to light.

Sorry, but thats about as far as I can go without ruining the movie and spoiling some important parts. See it for yourself.

His name is Frank.

just saw it today, its a good movie no doubt, but im still confused lol....

***SPOILERS***

so donnie is the living receiver, right?
the manipulated dead is frank, which controls donnie.
why does frank tell donnie what to do if it wont matter anyway? and what artifact are they trying to return, the engine? (if you guys are confused, read the book by sparrow)

why didn't frank save donnie? and was frank a ghost or what? so many questions...and at the end what donie was that?
