NO!

Sorry it's just that some people kept mentioning that the other day and it's not true. They showed 1 part of 1 chapter on the first Act and it happened to be when they're riding on the Derricks. This is likely the only time in the game where it's like this and it's no different then in the first Gears when your on the 1 part of 1 chapter when you ride on the mine carts.
