Nintendo is gonna announce they are dropping out of the race...

In all honesty, I really don't know they released all their major franchises so either something brand new, Kid Icarus as rumored or stuff gonna hold off on announcing till e3.

Isn't that a summer game?

A lot of people have been wondering if it's 60 FPS but some have said that it is locked at 30 and has truly amazing motion blur, so it basically looks 60 FPS without actually being it. BUUUUUUUUUUT nobody is actually sure, so who knows.

Nah dude, that is DEFINITELY 60FPS. I worked on Turok before it was locked in at 30FPS and it looked very similar in motion.

Major props to Epic if they can release the game like that, even if there were a few dips.

How do you tell from a video encoded at 29.37 FPS?

I'm not trying to be a smartass here - How do you know it's encoded at 29.37 frames a second? All I can find is total bitrate.

David Ellis from GameVideos stated on NeoGAF that the unedited video they received from Microsoft was encoded at 29.37 frames.

Even if it isn't 60 frames per second, the fact that its not clear that it isn't tells me that I don't really care one way or the other. It looks silky.

It's possible it captured that 30fps while it was still running at 60FPS.

Because if that's the actual speed of the game running, then there is a very impressive (read: not impressive at all) amount of slowdown from 30FPS.

But yeah, still looks amazing either way.

Graphics look good, so does the action. But the controls... :( I get frustrated by just watching that.

But eh, has this become some kind of rail-shooter?
