I started reading the first post and I wasn't paying attention so I thought it was happydude. Then I was like, wtf happened to him? But yes, I found out the truth.


Anyway, I must be a lot more brash than the rest of you. I'd tell her exactly what's happening and that she needs to either pay for the stuff or leave. The definition of close friend doesn't entitle you to allow all your money to be sucked up. You're in uni and I'm assuming you aren't exactly loaded with the cash. I'd also let her know that what she is doing isn't exactly something that one does to another friend.
