And Evanescence is any better? Nirvana kind of paved the way for the way all music sounds now, in a way. And they are great.

I don't really care for either of them...I just hate it when bands win by a lot....but then again The Who is winning 8-1..but I acutally listen to them and they are definitely better than The Beach Boys(who are great too) in my opinion, so I can actually vote without worrying about it being close.

NO! The Beatles gave us pop music.

And most music popular today is Hip-Hop/R&B.

Most rock bands are Punk or at least trying to be.

Grunge is mostly dead.
