4, that's pretty good!
I don't like going non-stopped more than 2... I'm sure I could make 3, but 2 feels like more than enough. One Time my Coach made us run 8... I ran 3 laps then walked 1 lap... stayed on the on that pattern and was dead tired after that...
Good thing it was cool outside...

Hmm... it all depends on how fast you run. But I guess it's good.
I'm more of a sprinter. Although I haven't sprinted in a long time... well, not really sprinting. Not to see how fast I can go. Of course I sprint a lot when I'm playing soccer. 
Since I've moved to this new town, I think my condition has gone up. There are a lot of hills here, which are hard to cycle on. Plus I eat a lot healthier.

well, its takes around 30-40 mins so not too slow. i dont really run, cause thats more like sprinting, just jog.....
and whoever told me tog et that jet pilot song, i love em.
BTW i ran again today.
