Not really. If your closer to the sensor, I think it makes sense that a slight movement would result in more movement on screen than if your are further away. Think of it this way: If your close to someone and they move their hand a foot, left to right, it would look like the moved it farther than if you were standing 100 feet away from them. Now think if you were the sensor...
that probably dosent make sense anywhere except inside my head...
