:sneaky: meh, **** happens.
|
The only difference is that Microsoft can easily manipulate the law... but can Nintendo?
|
Apparently they can't seeing as they were found guilty. Didn't donate enough money to the campaigns of the current politicians or something.
Or maybe that only happens in the U.S. |
Hmm I don't get it. GameCube games are the cheapest games in EU (not counting PC games or PS2 platinum).
GC: €60 PS2: €70 X-B: €70. AGB games are kinda expensive though... sometimes €50!! Well at least we, oh sorry, I will get GC and AGB games cheaper! :D |
I dont think thats true.
|
Argh what does 'to fine' mean anyway??? :(

sue
Law. To petition (a court) for redress of grievances or recovery of a right. To institute proceedings against (a person) for redress of grievances. To carry (an action) through to a final decision. fine A sum of money required to be paid as a penalty for an offense. Law. A forfeiture or penalty to be paid to the offended party in a civil action. An amicable settlement of a suit over land ownership. You have to love Dictionary.com.... |
Law suites arent always for money, or just for money. When you have to pay somebody something its a fine.

Goddamnit, I just read on IGN they've been fined
$145 MILLION U.S. Dollars. That's ridiculous! That basically takes away half of all the Rare earnings. Maybe Rare has something to do with this. |
