I just made some kid cry

So I was sitting on my couch watching some TV when I hear something hit my window. I look out and see that the window is cracked and broken. Look into the forest next to my house and see some kids there. I grab my shoes and run out after them. Sneak up on them and they run. I grab one of them because he falls. He starts to cry his eyes out. I ask him what the fuck he thinks he was doing. He keeps crying and mumbling about how he didn't do it, how it was his friends.
I drag him back to my place, get him to give me his parents number after about ten minutes of him saying he doesn't know it. He calls them, tells them what happened and they come over. His mom, little sister and cousin(who was hot and foreign) come over.

Well, youknow how it goes. Got their information, the kid felt bad.

That was my day

Hahahahaha, thats awesome. How old was the kid and is your window going to be fixed?

Shouldve locked him in a trunk until he spilled.

Or water board.

Now that you re-tell the story, it sounds like you are the monster from horror movies who was stalking his prey than dragged it back to your lair.

And the kid was like 12 I believe.

Do you have your own house?

What exactly was it that broke the window?

Forest next to your house, haha.

I wish I had a forest next to my house.

All I got are stupid neighbors.

In your defense, it doesn't really sound like you made him cry. More like he just caved under the fear of what was going to happen. Unless you yelled at him or looked really scary.

I have to admit, I thought this story was going to take a disturbing turn for the worse.

Well Swan does have a pretty consistent history of committing rape...

statutory and otherwise

Swan 03-11-2009 10:40 PM

Re: I just made some kid cry

No rape has been committed, they were all legal age.

And I did yell at him. Bastards broke my window with sling shotted rocks.

And I live at my moms house, but she doesn't really live here, she just pays the rent

Hm it sucks that you just got one of the omega kids and not the alpha male. I would probably have left the crybaby and gone after the jerk with the biggest mouth.

I hope you know you could have been charged with kidnapping and inprisonment. Ethically, I'm right there with you, but if that kid's parents were dicks, you'd be in jail.

Especially in this day of age where everyone is a predator or a rapist. I read an interesting article talking about how as an adult male you are better off not helping little kids because you might come off as a rapist or something crazy.

Yeah but that was before the age of consent was changed.

It doesn't fly that way in Canada.

All I'm saying is that nobody should be having sex with 16 year olds unless they're 16. Or 17.

BUT NOT 18 AND OLDER, DAG NABBIT!

Exactly. Sodomy is perfectly a-o-k in Newfoundland.

Age of consent was moved up. Used to be 14, now it;s 16 unless within 5 years.

So grabbing a kid, and trapping them in your home until they do what you tell them is legal in Canada?

Typically, if the kid broke your window.

And you're sort of taking it out of context.
He wasn't forcing the kid to give him a blowjob or lick his dogs balls, he was asking who broke his window.
The kid was just scared shitless, is all - as he should have been.

The law doesn't care if a kid breaks your window or if you take the situation out of context. I just researched it and the only exception in Canadian law is if one of the abductors is a parent.

http://www.ncjrs.gov/App/abstractdb/....aspx?id=66323

In the end no one has the right to grab anyone else and force them into their home or anywhere else for that matter. Common sense dictates that the parents of the child do not press charges, but that does not mean they don't have the right to press charges.

Once again, if the parents were dicks, someone would be in jail right now pending trial.

By me saying "Thats not how it works in Canada" I wasn't referring to the law - I was saying that if the kid breaks a window and is at fault, you take him inside to write down his phone number, and the parents find out, generally it's a wash.

Then I'm not sure what we're arguing about. My comments were about risk of being prosecuted, not whether or not he should be.

By taking the kid into his house, he put his future in the hands of people he didn't know, and these people had every right to prosecute and if the were DICKS he'd be in JAIL. I'm not sure how this differs from America to Canada.

Re: I just made some kid cry

Typh, I think the reason Prof S is pointing this out is because here in America everyone is a douche bag and Prof S is jaded and rightly so. Too many lawyers (lawyer = inherently evil/douche bag), too many people that press charges over CHICKEN SHIT.

Yeah, common sense and RESPECT dictate that the parents wouldn't press charges because paying for your window is the decent thing to do. And if that's cool beans in Canada sweet. It's just hard for us Americans to accept or believe because we have been fucked hard in every legal crevice you can find over stuff that should never have been escalated to a court of "law."

That's actually exactly what I was implying. :p

Alright, don't want to go back and reread my opening post to see if I said it, but I never actually took him into my house.

A neighbour came out and asked what was going on, so we dealt with it more or less in the street/trail/front yard

And I was saying that his life was put in the hands of people he didn't know, regardless of nationality. Even Canadians can be dicks.

You said you "drug him back to my place". I think thats where the confusion was.

Yeah, I didn't think there was too much of a difference bewtween the two but whatever.

And my mom is dealing with it now, so she called the kids mom and she threatened to call the cops on me because I swore at him
