Although this is shocking, i'm not really that suprised. They come up with some mad stuff in south africa. For example, one invention that was made to stop car theft. Was a device were, if someone tryed to break into the car. Flame throwers under the car would burst out huge flame setting alight to the theif.

But their nothing compared to these Anti-auto theft devices :D (after clicking the link, you'll have to go down to 2002 Anti Auto Theft Devices flash movie).

It's asame that it had to come to this, some guys don't know when to quit. Now if only our former president had seen these around Moncia Lewinsky, I think we'd have had a diferen't outcome. Perhaps this will teach some of us, I'm not naming names, to keep our penis in our pants.
