A controversial film about a controversial film.

Phffffff.

I honestly dont know what to say to that. Both of these movies are just fingerpointing. They are both propaganda. One is to tarnish the name of Bush, and the other is to tarnish he name of Moore.

I just feel like saying this:

War is all America knows. Think of all the things with "war" in it. The war on terrorism. The war on immigration. The war on smoking. The war on drinking and driving.

America is only 200 (or so) years old, and it averages a major war every 20 years. It is a country built on killing. At one point there was nobody else to kill, so they decided to kill each other.

Farenheit 9/11 is a sincere effort to inform citizens of the truth. Do not support "Farenhype" and it's slanderous attempts to deface a righteous man known to many as Michael Moore.

What?! The truth from whose side? Maybe there is sarcasm in your voice... you know, it's always hard to tell on the internet. Because a commment like that... sincere effort to inform ciztizens of the truth, sounds like sarcasm to me.

This is GM, remember. He actually types like that. He may very well be sincere.

Just thought to point that out...

A documentary like this was bound to happen. You can only lie and mislead so much before someone calls you on your bull****.

Seriously, I was hoping there would come out and say something about the 59 PROVEN misnomers in Moore's film. I hate hearing people basically call Moore a "hero" for telling us the truth about our "despicable" government.

So from what I can tell, a group of conservative film makers have gotten together to make a film taking the opposite stance to Fahrenheit 9/11. And it looks like if anything, they've made it dumber, shallower and even more misleading and distorted than Michael Moore's film. Brilliant!

I don't much like Michael Moore, but come on now. There are ways to criticize Michael Moore without declaring, "I want a president who sees the world in terms of black and white."

I'm actually more interested in seeing "Michael Moore Hates America", which look a little more even handed and even takes the interesting stance of being a documentary thats partially about the ethical challenges of making a documentary.
