Any of you guys heard their stuff? They popped outta nowhere when Jack White discovered them and signed them to his label... And they've been opening a lot of shows for the White Stripes...
They're very different from the White Stripes... whereas the Stripes are kinda like blues-rock, with some songs having punk or country influence, and having a guitar and drums, Whirlwind Heat has drums, a bass, a moog, and sometimes another bass... And thier songs are fun and swell and live they are nuts (the lead singer goes nuts and jiggles and wiggles and jolts and everything)...
Check out "Silver"... I think that's one of their best songs... Along with "Blue" and "Orange"...
