Dyne is out of town till Thursday.
Flunkie and Aladuf are on "hiatus" from GT.

So that really only leaves me and Bond (assuming he makes it or vice versa) for this week.

So if anyone with a mic and who can download Skype wants to partake. You can post in here and see what we can do.

And of course prior guests such as Swan, Raged, Geo and Jason are welcomed back.

That's actually one of the reasons I wanted to do this now.

Usually, we have a thread up with topics we want to cover, but it changes often especially as the cast changes.

So I figured early Wednesday afternoon, everyone should have a solid idea of what will be discussed. Or attempted. Sometimes these things just veer off course.

I did listen to the first and second GT Cast, and they were both good. I like to talk, so it would be fun. This is far more enticing than the GT IRC chat we used to have way long ago...it's crazy how far technology has come.

I'm going to edit this maybe saturday now, possibly tomorrow night. I assume there's a lot for me to compress together this time, especially since I hear the first 30 minutes is mostly dead air.

The editing time probably won't change, since fading music in and out was only copy/paste anyways. I'll aim to make the final product as short as possible since I hear there wasn't much content tonight.

But in all honesty, it was the personality mesh. Most everyone on the podcast wants to be a larger than life comedian. And in all frankness, I don't mind. The problem becomes when most everyone on the podcast is playing that role. It doesn't give way to any inner depth or real tangible conversation.

So at least for the time being, I think it shall be regulated to having 2 out of the 3 between myself, Bond and Dyne.

And then a cast of 5 total. so between 2-3 GTers an episode. We shall have a bit more structure. And if we have nothing to talk about like last night's we will simply avoid it that day or for the week if it happens.

No no. I will say a lack of direction didn't help.
But there was a reason I also told you folks that you, bluefire and Magus couldn't be on the same show.

I won't say I didn't egg on the behavior, but hey I can see an accident while I'm in it. I pretty much gave up after the 30 min delay start and just wanted to get to bed.

I knew there was nothing to talk about, but maybe that is on me. My mind is so damn focused on the Dark Knight, I haven't followed much gaming news this week.

The problem here is that this is the third podcast to lack direction and specific topics. I haven't heard 5 yet, but even 3 was a real crapshoot. 4, I didn't even bother typing out topics. It's felt like a sub-show since Show #2. And it's easy to change. We may have a changing cast every week but if we all take 10 minutes before the podcast and research the topics a little I think we could have a really solid show. :)
