I know the year isn't quite over yet, we still have a few weeks, but I thought the bulk of the movies came out and well folks can always respond later.

I mean if you know me, the choice for movie of the year isn't too hard at all..

But I got to give it up to Batman Begins. It just rocked on so many levels.

I also want to say that 40 Year Virgin was the Best Comedy of the Year in my opinion, I liked it a lot more than Wedding Crashers which was good on its own.

My nod for top movie of the year goes to The Squid and the Whale for now.

Honorable Mentions: Capote, A History of Violence, Howl's Moving Castle, The Baxter.

Still have to see...: Good Night and Good Luck and The Constant Gardener.

War of the Worlds was a flop. I expected so much and got so little. :(

I like Stu's list.

And would like to add The Constant Gardener.

It's sad so few people actually went to see that movie.
