Default Gametavern at E3, 2005

Well, since it hasnt been asked yet, are there any GT'ers going to E3? I know last year Stonecutter went. Will he repeat this year also?

Right now, as far as I know, I'm confirmed going to E3 with some supergroup friends of mine in City of Heroes. one of them owns a video game business in LA and well, made some 'stuff' to get badges sent. I have yet ot receive my badge yet in mail but others have (damn post office probably screwed something up).

So...besides me, anyone else going?

Also, posted this here because the E3 forum is non-new thread makeable

I was was going to go to provide coverage for another forum but after I resigned the tickets never arrived for some strange reason. Then Crash and the staff here were organizing an E3 expedition but then we decided it just didn't feel right to go this year. I think next year I'll go though.

If GT supplied you with a laptop, camera, and t-shirt, would you be interested in giving us daily coverage and pictures?

Did Stonecutter really go last year? Why was I under the impression that the whole thing was a joke?

I have plans to go. Of course I don't get my badge until I'm actually at the convention centre cause I'm an international guest. Beware my foreign influences!

If GT supplied a laptop, camera, t-shirt and salary... I'd go.

I'm afraid we're all out of t-shirts. Maybe next year.

Well, I'm almost certain I'll have a camera for E3 (if I didnt, I should be shunned to the stake and burned to death). T-Shirt, ehhhhhh, dunno Laptop I may have right before I leave for E3 but that depends on how much cash I get from Overtime right before I leave for E3

I will be watching E3 coverage at Crash's house on G4. Hopefully I will have the money to go next year.

Haha, like Snake says, I also enjoy following E³ from my own room.

Just this year I'll probably be in the Tjechian (spelling??) Republic for an excursion. When I get back the most info will be old again.

Wow.

Today my dad said "Hey Darren.... turns out I've got like 8,000 Air Miles, and I don't see me using them any time soon. Isn't that video game thing you always want to go to next month? Why don't you head down there, it's a once in a lifetime thing."

A few weeks too late for me to get a badge... grrrrr
