Arlington's recently-deceased local dive bar had that exact same sign.
I'm beginning to think it's been mass-produced, but I'm going to need to look into the matter a bit further before I make any solid conclusions.
Edit: And while we're here.

Re: Post your ugly face!!
The BEWARE Loose Women sign is a real sign from New Orleans. It has since been mass-produced.
There are some other unusual signs from New Orleans. Such as this one --

My awesome Marvel shirt
Me focused in on the game (I'm actually not playing just reading the words, but my friend thought I was so focused she had to take a pic.)

Dude...you look SO out of place in that picture BaB, Dave and Busters FTW. Though back about a year ago, us and friends among some strangers who figured it out too, scammed the living shit out of D&B (but it was legal), getting prizes for well below value. I literally got a DS Lite at the time for about $70, Wii/360 games for $20 or less (retailed at $50 at the time), I started to try and save up for a 360 for easily under $200 but D&B figured out what was going on and limited the ridiculously easy way to get things for so cheap.
I won't put up a new mug of me for a bit (going through a pretty intense acne breakout all of a sudden after not having a breakout this bad in probably a year or longer) Can't find a pharmacy within a reasonable drive that has what the doc gave that I used in the past so I'll have to try tomorrow

That's why it's awesome. I hadn't seen any of them since my friends were in high school, and I hardly even knew them back then.
And I clearly wasn't going along with the psychedelic-hippie-vegan-potluck-dinner theme.

DUDE. How could you tell all of us such a story and then leave out your ridiculously easy way to get things for so cheap? Please share, the world wants to know.

So it was a theme, not just their normal dress?

Re: Post your ugly face!!
I don't know if it was just the Omaha D&B that did it or others did, but they would have a night (I think it was Wednesday) where you get unlimited play for $10 an hour per card (1 swipe per minute basically). So what we figured out, was that those $10/60 swipes max per hour cards worked on the coin games. Most coin games dispense 2 tickets by just putting the coin in anyways (and you get 10 coins with each swipe I believe), guaranteeing 1200 tickets per hour if you suck that much somehow, BUT, that was not the case obviously.
We always used either the machine that has 2 tiers, and when you put the coin in, it flings it up to the top area typically. Little 'pusher' things are at parts on both sections (not the long sliding bar, the little..pusher things). Since they do a slight flick before going back and repeating, I would take advantage of that.
I would swipe for about 5 minutes with my power hour cards, get a bunch of coins (around 100 or so) and then just go fucking crazy pumping them in so that it in a slightly quick fashion pushes a bunch of coins down at once, because the bottom area the coins were divided into sections. The more sections I can push at once, the more coins that fall.
Each coin that falls gave 8 tickets. So...in that hour timeframe, you can easily rack up thousands in tickets. It's repetitive, but it was worth the boringness that came with it. Sometimes we would use the wheel of fortune game because of the chance for an extra 50 (or was it 500, I cant remember) tickets if you hit the big one on spinning.
So yeah, do that for about a month or 2, and they eventually figured it out and kept the unlimited play, added Tuesday into the mix, but eliminated any coin games from being played with the unlim cards.
What made it more awesome was at the time, I worked for phone company in sales. They were doing alot of easy contests to sell X amount of thing(s) and you can get like $50-$150 in premiere choice awards. Basically, those are redeemed for gift cards online for various websites/stores, and D&B was on the list so I made heavy use of it.
Good times, good times. I think one guy had at least 100,000 to 200,000 saved on his card. We didn't know him personally but he was there every time we were playing on coin also and we would overhear the ticket guy tell him how many he has now. Nutty but its his money.
