Yeah, I just have zero interest in kinect, and I assume that's where the extra price is coming from...so no way can I justify buying a more expensive system for a peripheral that I don't want.

It's still a rumor at this stage, but it's been confirmed by some pretty reliable "leakers" that the family plan sharing feature originally part of the Xbox One DRM would have only been 60 minute demos.

Convoluted was the name of the game for Xbox One DRM.
Some microsoft people have come out and said it was not demos, but you could in fact share complete games...but they have no reason to say it wasn't that, at this point.
I just can't see any publisher being okay with 1 person buying a game and 9 other people getting access for free.
