YES!
I feel we should dedicate it to sliced bread because people always say "The greatest thing since sliced bread" but other than that, nobody ever talks about it. Without sliced bread, where would we be? We couldnt even eat sandwiches.

It doesn't come out as smooth (at least with my crappy knives it doesn't) and for proper grilled cheese making, you must have smoothly sliced bread.
