Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne
The game's main theme will be creation. The entire environment will be displayed in real-time 3D for the first time in the series (leaving aside the other Shin Megami Tensei game currently in development, NINE for Xbox) and both dungeons and events will differ from its predecessors'. The game's protagonist is a typical senior high school student, who is living in Tokyo. Prior to the game's beginning he has a dream in the underground and when he wakes up, he finds himself in a totally different place, a city called Tokyo Conception. The destroyed world in which this city is located is called Vortex World. No human being of flesh and blood can survive in its deadly environment. Hence the protagonist's body is revived with the help of demons, well known from the series' previous installments. Now he is ready to embark on his adventure into the ruined world.
During battles, players can have up to four characters in their party. The camera isn't fixed, but freely rotatable during battles.
EDIT: Can't believe it's not cel-shaded. Sure looks it.

Red Dead Revolver
In the savage, rough and tumble days of the American West, a hard working homestead family is attacked by outlaws, robbed of their possessions and their lives. One survivor, a boy named Red, is rescued, taken in by a wise Indian, given a home and taught the ways of survival. Years later, a mysterious gunfighter appears in town and the lawless begin to fear for their lives. The Old West will never be the same as Red fights with honor, seeking vengeance on the save desperados of the frontier.
Am I the only one playing anymore?

To tell you the truth, Red Dead Revolver was the only one I knew right away. The others I had never seen before. Just did a lot of searching on the publisher's websites and google. Sometimes the hardest part was just finding info on the game that was in english.
