Umm.. JROTC stands for Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps. It's a military class, and I think it blows donkey ass.

I have facial hair too...it's just that I have none in the picture because I shaved at some point prior to when that picture was taken...

It's just that I had to take a picture. I got that one and I kinda liked it. Perhaps I'll post a better one soon.
