The Pal NTSC thing is a load of crap I can run my Xbox in Pal or NTSC (as it's chipped) and it makes sod all differences to the games. About the only thing that’s wrong with NTSC games on a Pal Xbox are the movies slow down a little bit (they jerks to catch up as Pal is only 25FPS where as NTSC is 30FPS. But games work just fine!

Yeah but there are also other factors to consider such as producing the packaging and the disks which cant be produced just any where.
