Everything depends on how you want to shape your body (yeah, that sounded weird). Some people work very specific muscles each day of the week. Some people work on upper body one day, lower body the next and abs everyday. Then there are some that workout arms twice a week, chest twice a week, abs four times a week, and legs twice a week. Some people workout 3 times a week. Some people just swim or just run. You just have to figure out what is best for you. Just get your body into some kind of routine.

And if we fail anything... we have to do it again until we pass.

Don't worry, I'll get to soon enough. Humping hurts like a bitch, especially up hills.

So true gekko. Up hills, down hills, on flat land... after about 6 miles it doesn't matter. No matter how many times I do it, I never look forward to walking with extra weight on my back.

Oh gekko... you will know soon enough, you will know all too well.

Hmm... some years ago I also trained my abs every day, like 100 sit-ups on one day. My muscles became incredibly strong (and still are), but I never got the six pack you're talking about...
Yeah I guess it has to do with fat.... so... we're gonna eat less snacks and sport a lot more.

FAQ about Abs workout

Check that website out. It doesn't give you a workout plan, but it might be able to answer some questions you have. **Note, this is from 1996

Exercises

Here are some exercises from the website that I agree on. Give them a shot, who knows, maybe in six months you can start walking down the beach and impressing the babes!

Just keep in mind that when you workout, you aren't going to see results overnight. It takes months for you really to see a difference. You will notice a little difference after about 6 weeks, if you workout like you are supposed too (and eating right helps).

actually they are. But the funny thing is, the Military still has sit-ups as a part of our PT (Physical Fitness Test). And we do them all the time.

I just got Diablo II Battlechest tonight.

I've played Diablo II before, but it was a ((Illegal Copy))

So I wasn't able to take my druid online.

So hook a brother up and play sometime.

BalmunkTK is my name online.

I don't know where I'm at or anything like that.
