No because calling it Dumb and Dumb would make sense. The point is everything about this movie is dumb so why not label a prequel with a future-tense title

Well, the one guy doesn't look like Jeff Daniels very much but I think that other guy is a very convincing Jim Carrey.

I saw the trailer for this movie and sat through it completely straight faced. It's not even that I didn't find the jokes funny. My roommates and I were watching it, and we couldn't even identify what were supposed to be the jokes. It was so bad that it was painful. And this is surely not a good sign. If a movie doesn't even have enough material to keep me moderately entertained for two minutes, there's no way it's going to keep my attention for an hour and a half. I'm gonig to avoid this movie like the plague.

I think the movie could be very funny. I look forward to seeing it in the theatres. It's a long stretch to say it will be as good as the original, but it should still be pretty good.

Speaking of dumb people, you want to see some people doing really stupid things? Read my fanfi...erm, wait. I don't really write stupid characters. Well, you can see really crazy, messed up people instead. You'll laugh. You'll cry. And you'll never think about videogames the same way again.

I was stretching and exaggerating, but once again, I don't often get an actual invitation to plug my fanfics. I figured I'd grab the chance and ride it for all it's worth.

Well gosh darnit, it's not like your fanfic has had a new chapter in a while, but maybe it's me.

And just because someone asks you to plug it doens't mean you have to, I'm sure if I was to nicely ask you to jump off a brdige, you wouldn't...

Anyhow, I have never seen the original Dumb and Dumber or bothered to stick around through the whole thing so I guess this will be more of the same.

The first is one of the best comedies ever. But not it has a new everything, and I have much doubt in it.
