So in the Japanese version, Vega was called Balrog? That's just wack! I did like in SF2 when you absolutley hammered Vega (E-Honda's 100-hand-slap or whatever it was seemed to help), you could make him lose his claw and I believe his mask also...?

If you have the Japanese version of CVS2, you'll see that Balrog is Vega, Vega is M Bison, and MBison is Balrog

So the other countries changed the names, Japan's using the originals.
