Yes. First 30 days free. Likely $5 a month afterwards, bought in 3 month packages.

To be honest, no not really.

First of all I have this fealing that im going to spend 35$ on a modem and this would be the only game it ever gets used for, not cool. Second of all, I dont want to have to pay a monthly fee. I hear the arguments about "well, sega has to pay for server space" ok, I suppose but battle.net is free, and they have diablo accounts stored on it, why can't this game be free?

I would be willing to pay a one time fee for online pay (maybe just make online games 70$) but I just can't justify having to pay monthly for PSO when diablo 2 is still free.

......first post for me!

Well, if it follows like Gekko says it might. You would only pay $15 every 3 months. Thats not too bad of a price. You would only be paying $60 a year. Also, thats not gonna be the only game to use the modem/broadband adapter. There is gonna be tons of other games. You just have to wait for them. And welcome to GT. Dont just leave us like 183? members have

Well, Idiot is universal, so I think I'll stick with that for PSO.

Not bad. I think that's a fair price. Fair indeed.

I'll be UncleNoName and will probably just be a RAmar again. Once this game launches we need to have a guild card swap (People that have played know what I am talking about).
