Despite the fact I posted that video jokingly, overweight is such a loose term. Technically, bodybuilders are overweight. Overweight is determined by BMI, which is a joke of a system. While obesity is also determined by that scale, it's not as loose of a term as "overweight" is.

Obesity is where the stats are at. 30% of Americans are obese. 14% of Canadians are obese. The USA ranks 1, Canada ranks 11.

The 11th fattest country in the world is still fat, and if we're going to be fat, don't we want to be the best at being fat? Here's the secret... we take traditional comfort food or otherwise healthy food, and either deep dry it or sandwichify it.
