So humor aside, essentially what I get from this blog is that Modern Warfare 2 makes you aggressive and makes you curse, and waggling makes you a nice, polite gamer.

Well, no, he hasn't drawn that conclusion.
The experiment... not so much the "waggle" but since Nintendo tends... to make more... I guess.. happy go lucky games. Instead of bang bang dead games, that you will feel less stressed/aggravated than say a MW 2.

You're not playing it correctly. Go back and try again

And playing Mario Strikers Charged on the first day wasn't a very good choice. I think that was the game that taught me how to curse at a TV screen.

I guess I don't curse because I WIN. Except when I used to play BB, I always lost. Guess he's got my number.

I tend to spend more time on most Nintendo games, funny enough. My 360/PS3 give me such a feeling of malaise when I play. I started playing Bioshock and I can't seem to sit through it but I sat for hours playing NSMBWii.

I think I got more angry over Super Smash Bros. Brawl than any other game ever.

But then again it was also my favorite Smash game, and by far the one I was best at.

Yay, finally somebody who also likes Brawl better than Melee.

And I don't think I get mad over games anymore. Not sure if I ever have actually...

Well, let's keep the pattern going. I loved Brawl more then Melee. Sure the super ball thing was cheap, but you know what, everyone can do it. I loved it. It was very smooth and actually made some of those impossibly unbalanced characters (*cough* Fox *cough*) and leveled them out. I think people got angry when they did an up smash with Fox and it wasn't an insta-kill so they said the game sucked.

Actually that was a typo, I meant melee.

Brawl is laggy and has way to many insta kills.

I forgot Brawl even has smash balls because my friends don't like using them - which I personally think is sort of dumb. It's the great equalizer.

I think I cuss more when playing single-player games than multiplayer. When playing multiplayer I try to keep the experience competitive but also social and fun. When I play single player I seek out different gratification and often that means rising blood pressure and cursing.

Seriously, to really get good at multiplayer you need to relax and turn anger into motivation to learn from your mistakes. You can exploit people's anger a lot in FPS games because they will repeat their behavior over and over and over....makes for some good sniping in CS or setting up a campfire with some smores and my handy turret in TF2.

Hm I was afraid you meant Melee. I don't see why everybody thinks that Melee was better than Brawl. I guess I'm not competitive enough. I for example never stick with my best character: I pick from a large pool (7 or so) of characters. If I wanted to win all the time, I'd stick with Ike.
Brawl has a lot more characters that I like. Melee only had 2 or 3.
