If you're getting $100 for an ounce, you're probably getting some ****ty weed. I don't smoke, but I know enough from my friends that they wouldn't be opposed to paying $50 just for 1/8 of good weed...

Anyways, this law is fine with me, and their reasoning is totally acceptable in my view...

Its not ****ty if you're from BC.

Thats why its cheap.

Because its BC. There is so much of an abundance of it here.

I would take a guess and say 3/5 people smoke weed around here.

Like I said though, I'm not one of them. I've never really gotten into weed, and I quit drugs.

My money stays with me that way.

BC is one of the North American leaders in weed production, so I imagine its pretty cheap up there. They love to traffic it into the US, too.

I remember...one time.

Back when I actually smoked weed, occasionally...every day at lunch during school...I bought 3 grams for 10 bucks.

Sometimes I love living in BC. Times like that. If you're a stoner, you save lots of money. Money for twinkies and starburst.

Its so de-sensitized here though.

Everyone and their mother smokes weed here. Unless they're morally religous, of course. Which is rarely the case.

People would even roll joints in the bathrooms at school. I had a few friends that would roll in class.

The house behind me was busted for weed growing. The house to my left frequently parties and smokes. The house to the right of me is suspiciously owned by two 50-something men and I'm 100% sure they have something to do with pot.

It's pretty big here.

Yeah, I keep forgetting you guys are from BC...I just read a Rolling Stone article about this chubby do-nothing kid from Idaho who pulled in 30 some million dollars with about 20 or so of his friends. All he did was have runners go up to BC, buy it for cheap, and profit like hell when he sold it back in the States. Of course it sold like wildfire because the weed was excellent compared to the Idaho stuff.

Of course he started trying to be a gangsta and was showing off like an idiot. Drug trafficking can be such a good business if you aren't such a dumbass.

Every day at lunch during school was occasionally for you? Wow, lol. In high school one year, I smoked about once a week, and thought I was the biggest pot head, haha. But seeing some of my friends now, I know that I wasn't, lol.
