The Avalanche are indeed an awesome team... I liked them better as the Quebec Nordiques though.
And this pisses me off... I already saw this coming, but I am more pissed off about this whole situation. And not just hockey but all major league sports. These people are being paid millions of dollars to do nothing but play the sport meanwhile there are people who work hard all their lives and make a small fraction of what these guys are making. I'm not saying being a major league sports player is easy, but it is still unfair. And my honest opinion, you could make a team of average Joes and pit them against each other and it'd still be entertaining enough to watch. So whether or not they have replacement players coming in, I don't care, I'd just like to see hockey again this fall. |
