Let's just turn this into a casual penis chat thread.

I'm a victim of snipping, btw.. but I don't really care either way. If I have kids, I probably won't opt for circumcision. Looks too painful.

It can't be that great though, I don't see uncircumcised adults jumping up to get a part of their penis chopped off.

Been snipped too, before I could remember.

I'm not unhappy I got the trim because I prefer the way it looks, but I have heard that uncircumcised men are more sensitive and I do wonder what it would feel like to be au natural. On a related note, I have recently felt that I'm not as sensitive as I used to be. Not sure if it's related or not.

I should ask the girlfriend if she has a preference...

I'm amazed by the high number of circumcised men here. I didn't know I knew any of them! I thought it was mostly a Jewish thing.

I just thought of a reasoning behind why I would get my kid circumcised.

I would much rather putting my infant son through a traumatic experience in which he won't remember, than him having to get it between 8-20. Moreso when the kid is young, and forming a memory. I wouldn't want to risk that for my kid.

And to be honest, I always always thought getting cut was the landslide norm.

This has been some good lulz to read. I'm cut and it doesn't bother me. Don't know why though since both mom and dad at time weren't religious but eh, I'm not complaining.

Wow, a lot of the guys I know can't shut up about their sex lives so this type of thing comes up pretty naturally. On the other hand I know a decent number of guys who don't talk much unless asked specifically, if ever.

I'm curious how many actually got it cut for religious reasons?
I mean I think some people just get it cut due to other health issues related to foreskin...

I forget the name, but believe there is one in which the foreskin becomes so tight around the head that it causes the man a ton of pain when he pees or something. And the whole smegma business.

Yeah, as far as I ever understood it the main reason to be cut was because of health and cleanliness reasons. My parents aren't super religious and I was cut, so I don't know.
