I think you need to put the iPod into hard drive mode so you can copy the songs off your iPod and onto your computer and then put those songs that are on your computer into an iTunes playlist.

Don't you have all the songs that are on your iPod on your computer also or did you delete all the songs from computer after you uploaded them to your iPod?
