Funny you replied to this topic because now I have a bit more backup info... After completing a CAW I realized just how many moves you can do while playing the game.
It has all the graples I spoke of, except it also has the ability to jump off of the cell too. You have a cell special, and just a flying attack off of the cell. They are activated by pressing X+A.
There are also quite a few chair graple moves... from in the corner, front, back, and specials in those areas. You can do the Vandaminator which I like
what else.. um.. oh, there are a couple of two person graples that work a bit more complicated than most games. You can grab a guy with two guys in the front, or one in the front and one in the back. There are up to 4 moves that can be activated on each graple (8 total possible dbl team moves with two guys). It just depend on who presses the X button or A button first. The thing is, your average voltage meter better be the same as or more than your opponents or chances are they will reverse it.
The block system is based off of timing No Mercy style. Even though reviews talk negitivly about the dodge button, I think it's great. when somone does a punch, and you hit it with the right timing the punch is blocked and "reversed". When it's a graple and you time it correct the graple just gets turned into one of your own.
Also, just to let you know, there are a couple of specials that are activated by the opponent leaning on the ropes. The only one I have done is the people's elbow... Just to a graple on the ropes and press X+A and Rock does the rest.
He runs you to the other ropes, and when you come back he does a spine buster... then the elbow is set up. It wouldn't be wise to attepmpt this move in anything other than a one on one match, but eh.
I'll have more info as I get it
