Well it seems we've become too popular for our own good. Our host has accused us of putting too much of a load on their mySQL server. The forums were down yesterday because the server crashed and they then disabled our database. I've changed a few vB parameters which might make things run more slowly but that should fix the problem. We'll have to deal with it because I can't afford to pay for a dedicated server.
Remember what I said about going out and actively recruiting new members? um, don't do that.
naa, it should be okay. It's when everyone gets on at the same time that we can run into problems.
