We have an old 300 MHZ Hewlett Packard that we would like to upgrade for my little brother so he can play some rudimentary games on it (
Escape Velocity: Nova).
So I'm kind of looking around to just upgrade the processor at this point. My question is if I need to upgrade the motherboard (or any other part of the computer) along with it. I really don't know PC hardware very well, so if anybody could help I would appreciate it.
