Modded PS2

I have come to inevitable conclusion that I need a modded PS2, but its not for what you think.

As many of you know I am vehement about my hatred of pirated games. Pirating games is not what I am after, and I even have a modded Dreamcast, but no pirated games.

I am a pro wrestling game junkie. I must collect them all and play them ad nauseum. I must have King of Colisseum for the PS2. It has 2 expansion disks and over 250 individually rendered 3D wrestlers from across the globe. It was made by Spike, makers of the famed Fire Pro Wrestling series. I must own this game, but its a Japanese import. Regrettably, I must get a modded PS2 to play this game.

So, with that said, is there any reliable place I can get a reasonably priced modded PS2 that can play imports?
